I’m excited to share with you during the Tuesday evenings in the Month of May as a special event, I will share these classes with the Gift of Life Celebration with Edo & Jo through Nada Yoga Nidra, the ancient yoga of sound - Yoga Music.

I am absolutely ecstatic to announce 4 new upcoming workshops for March!

If you couldn’t make it to the recent vision-board workshop, here’s your chance to create time, energy and positivity towards your life in 2010 and beyond. I’m so excited to share this with you and it’s been rewarding to see everyone at the first workshop excited and had an amazing time reconnecting with themselves, others and immersing in the philosophy that anything is possible. “Whatever you visualize, materializes”. 

Sat 3rd April 12noon – 2pm

Cost: $60 Registration and pre-payment Essential.
Wear comfortable clothing and bring a blanket, mat or towel.

Sat 20th March 12noon – 3pm

Cost: $85 Registration and pre-payment Essential.
Wear comfortable clothing and bring a blanket, mat or towel.

30th March, Tuesday 7pm-8.30pm

Cost: $ 40 Registration and pre-payment Essential.
