Firstly, I&rsquo;d like to express my gratitude to you for visiting my website and how privileged and grateful I am to be able to contribute to the Breast Cancer Charity and to all women. Most of us have experienced breast cancer directly or indirectly through a family member, a girlfriend or have experienced it ourselves. We need to understand how we can empower ourselves, empower our mother, aunts, girlfriends and children so we can all rise above the common beliefs of breast cancer being a reality for women in the future.<p>

Hi guys! It&rsquo;s Jemma here. Hope life&rsquo;s been treating you well since we last connected. Hope you&rsquo;re enjoying those foods I listed down in Part 1, and have started to make the connection between the signatures of foods from nature and its relationship to our body. Don&rsquo;t you just love the thought of this divine balance between nature and us women, and how nature is there to support us? This is another topic which I&rsquo;m sure I&rsquo;ll write about one day.<br >

But today, I&rsquo;m excited to bring to you the message of how are bodies are meant to move.<p>

How do you feel when you&rsquo;ve taken that walk along the beach, gone for a run, finished a yoga class, a gym workout, a dance class, or that swim in the sea or perhaps a walk in the park or any other activity you prefer?<br >
<br >
You know what I mean. I don&rsquo;t know anyone who has come from any kind of exercise or activity and felt terrible afterwards. They may feel exhausted afterwards because they&rsquo;ve pushed themselves, or because they haven&rsquo;t exercised regularly. But in time, you feel more relaxed after exercise. There could be a change of mood and a definite experience of this kind of &lsquo;feel good&rsquo; emotion. Have you experienced that? Do you know why?<br >
<br >
It&rsquo;s because of these neurochemicals called endorphins. They are released from the brain. These are the hormones your body produces when you do things such as exercise. Considered as the body&rsquo;s natural painkillers, they help reduce stress levels.<br >
<br >
What is the danger with stress? Well, if we don&rsquo;t reduce our stress levels, we could increase our risk of developing cancer. Some studies have shown that a person with chronic stress is very susceptible to cancer, as stress weakens the immune system. Stress can also lead to obesity, heart disease, depression and many other illnesses. It can also lead to destructive, unhealthy emotional behaviours such as smoking, taking drugs, overeating and excessive alcohol.<br >
<br >
A regular exercise program will help you keep a healthy attitude and work against depression and reduce any sickness. By moving your body, you could say it is like &ldquo;preventative medicine&rdquo;. Because moving your body will reduce stress levels and bring a balance of body, mind and spirit. This, in turn, will help you keep sickness and cancer at bay.<br >
<br >
And guess what else. Besides behaving as a pain regulator, our little endorphin friends are also thought to be connected to the physiological processes that includes happy feelings or euphoric feelings, as well as appetite modulators. They also release sex hormones. So you can say that people who exercise more have a desire to be more sexually active and they maintain their weight and their wellbeing.<br >
<br >
So I ask you: are these reasons great enough to tell you why we should move our bodies more regularly? I believe so!<br >
<br >
Yoga, qigong and meditation are some great forms of exercises to help you attain all the benefits I&rsquo;ve mentioned, as well as improving your flexibility, gaining strength, developing good body posture, developing a calm, focused mind and learning correct breathing. These are the keys to a better fitness, and a healthy and happier spirit and outlook in life.<br >

Thanks again for joining me today. I hope I&rsquo;ve encouraged those who haven&rsquo;t taken up an active exercise program in a while. I advice you to take part in an activity that you would enjoy the most. For those who are recovering from illness, I highly recommend exploring a gentle type of yoga, meditation or healing qigong practice to help bring back health and balance.<br >

Hi, how are you? Welcome to the 4th Part of this Report! We are getting close to the end, I trust so far it has been helpful to you and that you have enjoyed the information. For now, I want to ask you some questions!<br >
<br >
Are you consumed with your thoughts, do you spend a lot of time thinking in your mind? Are those thoughts of the past, the future, the worries you have, the fears you have or are they of the present moment and gratitude for what you have in your life?<br >
<br >
How are your thoughts right now? How are you feeling?<br >
<br >
How&rsquo;s your body, do you feel tired, tight and experience pain? Do you feel annoyed and short tempered on a regular basis?<br >
<br >
Would you be interested in knowing how to to feel alive and happy most of the time?<br >
<br >
If your response has been yes to any of these questions I have posed to you, I&rsquo;d like to suggest you start with addressing your inner health and wellbeing. By looking at the relationship between your thoughts and feelings, creating stress or harmony in your inner life can either bring sickness or wellness and all starts with your state-of-mind.<br >
<br >
To give you an example, can you remember a time you felt worry over something or anxiety, this then leading to a sick feeling in your stomach andor a headache, this then amplifies the feeling of stress and anxiety and it becomes a vicious circle compounding on its self.<br >
<br >
Why is this? How quickly it occurs is the direct result of our thoughts manifesting feelings in our physical being. Our body has this immediate reaction to our thoughts because it is built to do so. Adrenaline glands are directly related to fear, to help us have strength and speed when we need it to escape danger, so it isn&rsquo;t something that we need to fix, but rather to understand how intrinsically linked these two parts of us are.<br >
<br >
Different people store stress in different parts of their body, I may feel nervousness in my stomach (relating to my emotional state)and it could also be in my throat (linked to my need to communicate), but for other people they could feel nerves in other areas of the body, a tightness in the chest (relating to their heart of feelings they need to express) or a pain in their lower back for instance (possibly linked to worry or feeling a lack of support in their life).<p>
